Terms of Service for Andres draw

• Always credit the artist: If you share your artwork on social media, you must credit Shadowcharm by name. Credit by name is defined as the explicit statement that the artwork was created by Shadowcharm and social media tagging of Shadowcharm if allowed by the social media platform. If you are displaying your commissioned artwork in real life, deliberately removing or covering up the artist's signature is not permitted.
• Personal Use: You are permitted to print your commissioned artwork for personal use. Personal use is defined as not obtaining any amount of monetary value from the artwork. Examples of personal use include hanging artwork in your home, making my designs in real life, or printing stickers to give out for free.
• Commercial Use: Unless you have explicitly paid a license fee for commercial use, you are not allowed to generate revenue from any artwork done by me. This includes printing my artwork on any products to sell. You can email me at andres.draw1299@gmail.com to pay the license fee at any time, even if you already commissioned me a long time ago.
• No AI Training: You may not train your commissioned artwork on any algorithm for any purpose. Algorithm examples include but are not limited to AI art tools like Midjourney and Stable Diffusion.
• Editable files: Remember that when you buy one of my commissions, you are paying for the final product (artwork in JPG or PNG file) and not for the editable files, transparent backgrounds etc. These must be purchased as an extra, as well as commercial rights.
• Signature or watermark: It is not allowed to remove the signature or watermark to the artworks made by me, even if they were custom orders, for this you must pay a surplus. Like commercial use rights, this is a way to protect my work.
• Refunds: Once the payment is made, there are no total or partial refunds, so be sure to read the terms and conditions carefully and ask me any questions you consider pertinent.
• You may resize or crop the artwork to create icons, wallpapers, or other graphics for use in a non-commercial digital format, but you may not modify the artwork itself.
